We can manufacture our Savetix® captive screw technology to meet customers' specifications. In this way we can manufacture the system in the gauge you need even if the size is non-standard. Savetix® washers and screws are available in steel and special-purpose materials.
Savetix® captive screw technology
We can process any materials that can be blanked:
- Non-alloyed steel (to EN 10139)
- Case hardened steel (to EN 10132-2)
- Stainless steel / non-rusting steels (to DIN EN 10088-1)
- Heat resistant stainless steel
- Nonferrous metals aluminium, bronze, cupal, copper, brass, titanium
- other materials on request

- Outer diameter: 10 mm - 140 mm
